Qi-Gong is an ancient Chinese Practice that looks similar to Tai Chi but is purely used for health as apposed to being a martial art. Gentle, soft, steady and purposeful; the movements help to increase mobility, relax the nervous system and calm the mind. This type of exercise is open to all, no matter what age or ability - the class includes gentle mobilisations, rhythmic and slow standing movements coordinated with the breath and then finishes with standing/sitting meditation (optional). The aim is to get you back into your parasympathetic nervous system of rest and digest so that you start Monday morning with peace and clarity for the week ahead.

Dynamic Core Mobility is primarily a Strength and Athletic based movement class for those wanting to challenge their core, balance and coordination. The class combines movements from Pilates, Yoga and Animal Flow that will be fun and take you out of your normal everyday linear movement patterns. If you are post surgery or injured/pregnant then I’d prefer if you email me first so that I can asses your ability and see if a therapy session is needed first for screening and safety. This class also requires that you can get down to the floor on your hands and knees and be able to get back up again with ease.
